Dsp. Changes

Postby dts350z » Sun Dec 26, 2010 12:58 pm

Where is the best place to call initialization code that needs to run anytime the sample rate changes?

This is not just using the sample rate in the event loop but parsing cd cue file index times into lengths of tracks in samples.

The same code also needs to run when a cue file is pasted in to a text box, so I figure I can call it when that happens but where do I call it from to catch sample rate changes in the user's preferences?

Unless you are using the hidden config option I do not specifically recall posting, any DSP change will result in all bidules/plugins data being saved then instances deleted then init-ed again using the new DSP settings and the data loaded.
