oscextractor2 manual entry please!

It's pretty much the "reverse" of OSC Creator 2

As is:
output the parameter as it comes in (evidently that only works for int/float)

Format string with float output:
returns the float part of a format string e.g.: str_%f will output 4.555 for str_4.555

Format string with int output:
returns the int part of a format string e.g. string%d will output 3 for string3

Index from string list:
will return the 0-based index of a matched string from a list e.g. string1;string2;string3;string4; will return 3 for string4

Also noted that the OSC menu is starting to look a bit cluttered, could maybe do with a organise into sub categories?

Version 0.9754 again ceased to operate normally Flux Spat 3!
Again works only stereo mode.

The only thing that changed between 9753 and 9754 has to do with the code that was added to handle VSTs declaring
latency after they start running.

My Flux trial has expired and given that it's for a rather short period, I did not look into getting one on a different machine since
it would be expired by the time we go back into the office in January.

Hi
I not have Spat3, but have Flux VerbV3 and Trax3 - so, i checked just now in 0.9754, they look and load with their multi inputs\outputs properly. Or rather - there is recognized their multi-outputs variations at before load stage, in plugins list, (but without multi-inputs variations - just mono or stereo, ie 1 or 2), but if i select "Default ins - Default outs" variant - then fluxes load with their maximal available also inputs (and outputs) amount. (For verbv3 for example this is 8in's and 8out's as result)
Perhaps it can be useful, who know.

C_Voltage yes, indeed it is! It turned out that the required configuration of input/output channels Spat3 need to define in the plug-in in two places. So Seb, I apologize - everything works fine!

Happy New Year, everyone!

Andrey.

I just wanted to thanks Seb for all the updates in this quietly released update .9755 :)

Version 0.9755 (March 23rd, 2017)
---------------------------------------------------

OSC and function bidule use a larger text box YAY!
Added Locate bidule in Parameters dialog context menu YAY!!
Faster dsp changes and correct mutate are now the defaults YAYYYY!!
Rename will apply to all selected bidules sweeeeeet
MIDI Note Extractor: glide default is now 0 - perfect!
MIDI KS: added parameter to prevent sending All Notes Off CC message - - cool cool
MIDI Monitor: better font for macOS 64-bit cool
Group parameters: less close/open when changing parameters order on an already opened UI -- nice
MIDI Filters: added parameter to control to which output unrelated messages are sent - interesting!
MIDI File Recorder/Buffer: added parameter to switch between type 0 and type 1 (still on the same track) files - aah lovely
MIDI: added support for passthrough SysEx when connecting input and output directly - probably find a use for this in future :)

Bug Fixes:

Value List/Indexed Value List: using the shuffle option can lead to file not loading -- great stuff :)
Plugin mode: .previous file are generated for temporary files - sounds handy, not sure what for!
Deleting a red MIDI output device using MIDI Feedback from a loaded file would keep the MID Feedback reference on re-saving and prevent further loading -- aah, interesting..
Spectral Value displays were not allowed in offline mode --- oooh, could be handy
Note Transpose: out of range MIDI notes could cause stuck notes later when wraparound is disabled - lovely jubbly! :)
macOS 64-bit: some characters that were not supported in file/folder names can now be used - very handy :)
macOS Sierra: having the tips enabled could lead to having double-click unresponsive - ooo, useful for when i upgrade..
Prevent resize cursor to show on plugin windows (can be modified in preferences) - not seen this, but great stuff :)

thank you for your continued work on this Seb.
We probably owe you a beer or a jazz cigarette or something?

Some weird linking going on..

http://www.plogue.com/bidule/latest/975 ... _multi.zip links to a News page or something, not the VST multiple outs for OSX..

No weird linking, it looks like between creating the 9755 folder and not change into it before uploading and start overwriting 9754, realizing it and then switch to the 9755 folder and reupload 9754 along with the extra backup .exe for Windows (there's a major change to the audio device handling library in there, so if anyone is having problems: a) please say so, b) there is a 9755 version using the previous library version that is not linked to) I went over that file since it's the last one in the list.

I'll upload it on Monday when I'm back in the office.

Seb, I was very pleased. Super update! And the windows now do not creep anywhere from accidental mouse claws.
Thank you so much. I have good Russian vodka! :D
