P2 plugins?

I guess in mac I should now replace the .app file instead of erasing the folder and moving the new one to apps?

In Windows, I always get an error message when updating the plugin version. is there a new procedure?

D'oh!, looks like this was the only file I did not upload and made it point to an earlier version, should
be ok now.

P2 plugins?

On the latest page, there has been for a while a discrete processing (a new signal type) version of Bidule,
the .exe/.app is named PlogueBiduleP2, (P2 = processing v2) hence why I refer it as P2.

I guess in mac I should now replace the .app file instead of erasing the folder and moving the new one to apps?

Given that everything important is hidden inside the .app package, that should work.

In Windows, I always get an error message when updating the plugin version. is there a new procedure?

What is the error your get? You should only need to overwrite existing files by copying over the
existing one. Besides seeing the UAC dialog if the folder is protected or getting a warning
that the file is in use if the VST is loaded in a host, you shouldn't get any messages.

VST: parameter label should not be displayed if it's empty

@Seb:

the 32bit standalone discrete processing link, labeled .9745, points to:

I've got a question, is it okay to use discrete P2 VSTs (0.9740) alongside .9744 standalone?
Looks like they don't follow-up main versions.

It should, unless there was major changes in the shared files. Right now the only issue would be that the P2 plugins
won't load or (re-)save the retina display info on OS X.

Bumpidy Bump

I think it's important to see the change log, so we can exercise (any new) features and bug fixes.

Thanks
