How to: Increase/decrease value by one step using a trigger?

Postby classic bandana » Thu Mar 24, 2016 12:52 am

I wanna press trigger to increase variable by one step (specific amount).
So everytime I send trigger the variable's amount increases by one step.
Any ideas?

I have a little group for incrementing/decrementing by one at a time, for selecting presets; it needs two separate (CC) trigger signals, (short press for incr, long press decr is the way I do it).
Not the same as incr by arbitrary amount, but could multiply output by your incr value for the correct figures maybe?

PS ....and connect the output (LHS) to a parameter modulator. Then link the modulation output to your variable. (You'll have to do the maths for the max/min acc values, value list & parameter mod limits to suit your values).
